I installed the portal, but get the following error message when I empty Casch

error in tpl_prosilver_overall_header.html.php on line 174

on line 174 is <? php> but the original file is the line blank

when I delete the contents of line 174 in tpl_prosilver_overall_header.html.php and upload the file it works again until I empty Casch

Anyone have an idea for what has gone wrong
