Please don't send any support request to private messages, I can't reply.

Sorry, but we can't full support for portal users, because we work on newest advanced phpBB3 portal. Support is very slow, sorry.

I can't reply all help issues, and yes, you are wait, but I have some problems:

* I am a freelancer and I work on a network company, sys admin. I have too much project and jobs...
* My English is so bad, I can't understand all posts.
* We don't have any stable English supporter.
* Only one (sometimes 2) developer, I can't support.

Youve been trying Alexis, dont worry.
Im trying to improve my knowledge of the portal to help users more, and i have noticed other moderators (especially spongeweb) are helping everyone, and are doing a very good job!

everyone here have there lifes, and everyone try to share him knowlage in the free time, i help in what i can, but like most of ppl here, we are not pro's.. what is important is to everyone respect eatch others, don't spam and keep the opensource spirit alive.

Thanks to all moderators and admins, you are doing a greath work!!
