The Bend Area number (including Bend, Redmond, LaPine, Sisters, and including single-family houses, condos, townhouses, co-ops, and multi-family homes) is at 99% of last year's peak inventory (which was set Sept 29). These numbers from realtor.com.

Bend proper (Bend without its neighbors), single-family homes only, is still a bit away from its inventory record.

Pretty good odds that when we get the official April numbers from the Bend Realtors, we'll be setting record inventories.

That 3049 matches the high we made last summer for Bend Area (not just Bend) for single-family, condos, and multi-family units.

It's going to take a few weeks for single-family homes in Bend to do it, but at this point, I don't see how it fails to happen, and much earlier than last year. Record inventories.

I saw that Phoenix and Las Vegas are in record inventory land.
